What is virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is hair that has been chemically altered to give the hair a certain curl pattern. Virgin hair is typically multi donor & can be lifted to color #27
How does Preorder work?
Once your preorder is placed, we will send your order to our vendor as we currently do not have hair on hand at this time. Our vendor will then ship your hair to us & we will prepare your order for delivery & ship it to you.
How long will my hair last?
With great maintenance, our virgin bundles can be expected to last 2-3 years. We strongly recommend shampooing & conditioning extensions before install. While installed, we recommend brushing hair daily & conditioning hair bi-weekly to keep hair soft and manageable while wearing.

How long will shipping take?
Once your preorder is placed, we kindly ask that you give 3-14 Business Days for your order to be delivered via USPS.
*Business Days are Monday-Friday & do not include Holidays*
Do you offer Pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup for residents within 15 miles of our home location. Upon checkout, be sure to choose local pickup & you will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.
Once your preorder is placed, we kindly ask that you give 3-10 Business Days for your hair to be ready for pickup.
*Business Days are Monday-Friday & do not include Holidays.*
How will my order be protected?
All orders are insured by USPS. If you do not receive your order on the delivery date given to you with your tracking information, you may file a claim with USPS.
We offer Route Protect at checkout to ensure your order is protected from loss, damage, or theft. If any of these incidents occur with your order, you must file a claim through Route at Route.com.
